On the Settings page, there is a new Document Hit Highlight Color option in the Transcript Download section.
The selected Document Hit Highlight Color is used for highlighted hit terms displayed in the transcript download in the PDF, PDF (Compressed), RTF, and RTF (Compressed) formats.
