In addition to RTF, there is now a PDF format option for downloading a Query Summary file.
On the My Files > Transcripts page, click a transcript's ellipsis (...) button, and then under Query Summary, select Download PDF or Download RTF.

You now have the option to select either PDF or RTF as the format for the Query Summary file that you may download after a logoff/logoff hold.
